Click the “Host Your Site” or “Shared Hosting” button in the dropdown menu on the Hosting tab.
Scroll down and select the “Basic” button (or your preferred plan). As of this writing, the basic 36-month plan is the best deal at $2.95 per month. A 12-month plan costs $4.95 per month.
When I signed up with Bluehost, I was able to get a 36-month plan for $2.95 per month. But I only used the plan for 2 years before needing to upgrade (and change hosts), and actually paid for the unused year. You may find that the one-year plan is perfect for your needs.
